Dramaturgical Body.
Research Lab
An evolving practice since 2013, this lab centers on body exploration, movement research, the stimulation of imagination and creativity, and transformation. My work emphasizes unconventional movement and heightened body awareness. Regardless of the styles or methods you bring, you are encouraged to add new layers, make them your own, and integrate them into your personal storytelling.
Designed for dancers, movers, choreographers, actors, performers, and anyone who values movement and seeks growth, openness, and collaboration, this lab welcomes diverse perspectives and experiences.
Using the body as the primary tool, we apply choreographic, compositional, and dramaturgical principles to movement, exploring space, time, a wide range of movement qualities, and physical actions. Through improvisation and task-based exercises, participants are invited to challenge habitual patterns, expand their movement vocabulary, and unlock new possibilities.
