Synopsis
Set within the confines of a classroom, this immersive performance explores the experiences of three figures—a teacher, a student, and a Hausmeister—as they navigate the complexities of adapting to contemporary societal and educational transformations.
The play interrogates the evolution of traditional school roles in response to a rapidly changing environment. It invites audiences, particularly contemporary students, to critically reflect on the functioning of analog educational systems and to consider the implications of so-called “progression”: not only what is gained through modernization, but also what is lost in the process.
This project is a collaboration with Theater Osnabrück and Domschule.
