Diego’s classes offer a high-intensity, physically stimulating environment centered on the dialogue between mobility and strength. The practice begins with guided improvisation, shifting from internal somatic exploration to movement research. This process allows a state of body awareness, shifting participants to refine their precision in both internal impulses and external decision-making.

A core focus of the class is movement dissociation. By isolating specific anatomical regions, participants gain a deeper mechanical understanding of the body, learning to work from the center outward while maintaining a detailed perception of the periphery. This approach aims for a cohesive understanding of movement, in which technical and expressive levels are fully integrated.

The practice uses extensive floorwork, offering a dynamic perspective on the relationship between the body and the ground. Gravity is treated as a partner, providing a base for developing momentum, weight-shifting, and architectural foundations.

A fundamental pillar of these sessions is the cultivation of individual movement signatures. Participants are challenged to find their own «voice» within every detail, encouraging a continuous search for new pathways and the integration of new ideas into their physical work.
